By using our file transfer app (hereinafter referred to as “Sendit”), you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions of service:

1. Sendit is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the functionality or reliability of Sendit. Your use of the app is at your own risk.
2. You acknowledge that Sendit is a tool for transferring files between users and that we do not store any files or track any information about the usage of the app. We are not responsible for the content of any files transferred through Sendit and we do not endorse any such content.
3. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of Sendit, including, but not limited to, any illegal or wrongful use of the app.
4. We reserve the right to modify or terminate Sendit at any time without notice. We will not be liable for any interruption or discontinuation of the app.
5. These terms of service are subject to change at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to check for updates to these terms. Your continued use of Sendit constitutes your acceptance of any changes to these terms.
6. By using Sendit, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms of service and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these terms, you are not permitted to use Sendit.
